Streamline Roofing was founded in Williamsburg in 2014 by Jeff Skinner and Dave Long after decades of working in residential construction. They saw the need for a quality and customer satisfaction-based roofing service. In 2022 we were presented with the opportunity to purchase the Clark’s Roofing property and decided to open and expand to Streamline Roofing-Northern Neck. Clark’s Roofing was THE Northern Neck roofer for over 40 years. We are excited to bring the same locally owned feel with the high standards and professionalism of Streamline Roofing.
Dave Long retired in 2023 and returned to Indiana to be closer to family.

Nick, a Seaford native and York High School graduate, brings over a decade of construction experience—including four years in roofing—to the team. Now living in Williamsburg, he’s known for his strong work ethic and hands-on knowledge of the field. Outside of work, Nick enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors with his dogs, especially during hunting season.
Mike Celli is a Northern Neck resident. Mike has been in construction for two decades and has over 15 years of roofing experience. He enjoys hunting and fishing. Mike and his two dogs spend as much time as they can outdoors.
Craig is a Lafayette High School alum and native to Williamsburg, his roots run deep in the community. Beyond his professional endeavors, Craig enjoys snow skiing, exploring new destinations, and spending time with wife, Liuba, and their son, William.
Keeping it in the family, Liz is Jeff’s sister and Williamsburg native. She is a graduate of Jamestown High School and attended James Madison University where she majored in Corporate Communication in the School of Media Arts and Design. She received her master’s degree in education from Mary Baldwin College and spent a near decade teaching elementary school. Liz lives in Williamsburg with her husband Jon, and their two children.
Jeff spent his early years in Southern California but has resided in Williamsburg, Virginia for over two decades. He is a graduate of Jamestown High School and the University of Delaware, where he played soccer. Upon graduation, Jeff immediately entered the construction industry and has been involved in every phase of building. He spends his free time hiking and gardening with his wife, Kelly, his son, Grayson and their Brittany Spaniels, Gilbert and Sammy.
Kelly, the wife of Jeff Skinner, was born and raised in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in Special Education. She received her master’s degree from William and Mary in School Leadership and spent 15 years teaching elementary school. Kelly enjoys spending time with Jeff, their son Grayson, and their Brittany Spaniels, Gilbert and Sammy.
Bob Skinner moved to Williamsburg 25 years ago from California where he was a licensed CPA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his MBA from the University of Southern California. You can find Bob most days on the racquetball ball court.
Brett is a graduate of Williamsburg Christian Academy. He received his bachelor’s in business administration from the Luter School of Business at Christopher Newport University. Brett enjoys spending time outside with his wife, Angie, and their son, Dewey. Brett also likes to hunt and fish.
Kerry was born and raised in Williamsburg. She is a graduate of Lafayette High School and has resided in Charles City with her husband for over twenty years. She has two children, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson. They all enjoy spending time together boating on the river.
Jacob was born and raised in Williamsburg, VA. He attended Williamsburg Christian Academy from kindergarten through his senior year. He received his associates degree in business administration from Thomas Nelson. Jacob grew up working for his father’s brick masonry company as well as a local building supply company. In his free time he enjoys playing music with his friends and family and spending time outdoors.
Hanes has called Williamsburg home since the second grade. A Lafayette High graduate with a degree in Business Administration from CNU, he spent nearly a decade in the fire service before transitioning to the roofing industry, where he’s worked for the past seven years. Outside of work, Hanes enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Amber, and their three children.
Originally from San Diego, California, Robert brings over 35 years of construction experience and seven years in roofing sales. He now lives in White Stone, VA, and enjoys spending time with his two daughters and three grandsons who live in Williamsburg. When he’s not working, Robert loves to fish and spend time outdoors.
James was born in Ocala, Florida, and got his start in roofing straight out of Warwick High School—following in the footsteps of his stepfather and uncle. With 18 years of experience serving Williamsburg, he now works in sales. James lives in Newport News with his fiancé, 13-year-old son, and two dogs. He enjoys welding, dirt biking with his son, and has recently taken up fishing and boating.
Sam is a lifelong Williamsburg local and proud Lafayette High School graduate. With 5 years of experience in roofing and construction, he brings dedication and hands-on skill to every project. Outside of work, Sam enjoys being outdoors—especially when it involves fishing.
Originally from Appomattox, Gina made Williamsburg home in 2010. A graduate of Emory & Henry College, she spent 24 years teaching high school and middle school social studies before bringing her leadership and organization skills to the roofing industry. Outside of work, Gina enjoys time with her husband Jeremy, and two children.
Amanda and her family recently moved to the Gloucester area from Colorado. She was raised on a cattle ranch. She and her husband Brad love history and that is what drew them to move to Virginia. Amanda loves spending time with with her two girls, Dakota and Jolleen. They love spending time outdoors and taking care of their two horses.
Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Laura has called Williamsburg home for over 25 years. A graduate of Hampton Roads Academy and proud Tar Heel from UNC Chapel Hill. Outside of work, she enjoys beach weekends in North Carolina with her daughter Abi and their Norfolk Terrier, Sadie. You’ll often find her cheering at gymnastics meets or spending time with her family at the beach.
