What a great experience! Every step of the way was flawless! Brett was our estimator and came out quickly to give us a price and find the leak. Kerry was so patient with me with scheduling and deciding which roof color to get. Jacob was our job supervisor. He was AMAZING! His attention to detail was incredible! We interviewed three companies and chose this small, local firm. The entire team, from the estimator, to the office staff, to the workers on site, has been responsive and professional. A special call out to our site manager, Randy, who fully explained the process. He made sure we knew who was on the property and what we could expect. It was great to see how he worked for his crew and how the crew worked together. In addition, they took care of the property and left everything beautifullly clean and picked up. Highly recommend.

My site manager was very attentive to detail and good communication. It was a difficult process because of rain changing the schedule. He was professional and committed to quality results in every way.

Streamline Roofing is one of the most professional contractors with whom I have dealt over many years. Contract details for materials and Labor were in writing and clearly defined. Before the roofing job on our home was begun, I was voluntarily provided with detailed information about the company and their business licenses. I was advised of the major steps to be undertaken in replacing our roof, including the installation of: 1) Waterproofing Underlayment at vulnerable areas of the roof; 2) Water-Resistant Underlayment over the roof deck; 3) Starter Shingles designed to work in tandem with roof shingles for optimal shingle sealing; 4) Shingles (I went with the Landmark Pro upgrade); 5) Ventilation (my old attic fan was replaced) and 6) Hip and Ridge Caps for a finishing touch to the roof. The installers were professional and our lot was cleared of all debris. The Field Supervisor even made a return visit the following business day to ensure that nails and other small debris pieces weren't missed. I would recommend Streamline Roofing to anyone needing to replace their roof.

My experience with Streamline was great from the very beginning. James was the third roofing person to give me an estimate in a roof repair or replacement… and he was the only one who took the time to explain all of the elements of my roof. Additionally, he helped me with a roof adjacent repair which I would not have know how to fix myself. Streamline’s bid was very competitive. I especially liked that there was no pressure for us sign on the bottom line right away and hand over half of the cost of the project. Their policy of accepting full payment only after the repair/replacement is complete and all parties are happy is refreshing in their industry. We opted for a full replacement and Michael and the team that did the work were great! They were on time and worked diligently to complete the project. At the end of the first day, they straightened everything up so my driveway/door were accessible to me and my family. When they completed the job, they spent close to an hour and a half cleaning everything up & using the big magnets to sweep for nails. Michael walked the perimeter of my house with me and pointed out parts of the job that I wouldn’t have known to ask after. I also have to mention the folks in the office were great! They helped me pick out shingles and gave me tips about what to do with my pictures/etc. on the day of the install. When I called to reschedule the project due to another repair that needed to be done first, they went above and beyond to find a time to accommodate our needs. I will absolutely recommend Streamline to my friends and neighbors in the market for roof related business! My house looks great and they were fantastic to work with!

The team from Streamline did great work replacing the house's shingles. They knocked the entire project out in a day and made sure to clean up the site of all the old shingle pieces.

Highly recommend. Brett, the estimator, was amazing. He really helped us out, came out in the freezing snow to take a look at our roof that needed to be fixed asap. He was honest and that's what I appreciated most. Kerry was able to schedule us within the week. I had a new roof right before the next snow fall. Nick , the project manager was at my door ready to work on the day of. His team replaced my whole roof by 2pm. I was so impressed. Thank you!

Our experience from estimates to installation was fantastic! James gave us an estimate on the spot that was thorough and nicely presented and what we expected cost wise. A temporary repair on a leak was made at no extra cost until the roof could be installed. The office staff was extremely pleasant, and the field supervisor and the crew were professional, respectful and efficient! Our roof was installed right before the big snow/ice storm and is performing beautifully. We could not be happier!

Outstanding company and customer service! I had to reschedule about 5 times due to family issues in another state and they were more than happy EVERY SINGLE TIME I called to reschedule.
