Our experience from estimates to installation was fantastic! James gave us an estimate on the spot that was thorough and nicely presented and what we expected cost wise. A temporary repair on a leak was made at no extra cost until the roof could be installed. The office staff was extremely pleasant, and the field supervisor and the crew were professional, respectful and efficient! Our roof was installed right before the big snow/ice storm and is performing beautifully. We could not be happier!

The crew worked very fast and when they left the entire place was super clean. I could not be happier. I definitely would suggest them to anyone.

Outstanding company and customer service! I had to reschedule about 5 times due to family issues in another state and they were more than happy EVERY SINGLE TIME I called to reschedule. I had a leaky roof and I contacted Streamline because of their Google ratings which are stellar. From the initial call to Streamline they have been customer service focused and responsive. I found the consultation from the senior estimator, James Tuel, to be very thorough and informative. He quickly responded to my follow up questions and made the process easy. I live in Kingsmill and we have an HOA with stringent requirements for roofing repairs and replacement. James was very familiar with these requirements, and that gave me more confidence in contracting with Streamline. Prior to the installation their back office representatives were very friendly and customer service focused and provided guidance on the next steps and procedures to follow to aid in the installation. On the day of my roof replacement installation I was greeted by two project managers, Grant and Michael that would oversee the roof replacement installation and be the primary points of contact throughout the process. Both Grant and Michael were not only very polite and respectful but they kept me apprised of the status and quickly addressed any questions I had. Their team was able to replace my roof in one day, which was no easy feat. They even made sure my newly installed skylights were extra clean on both the inside and outside. Going the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. In summary I recommend Streamline 100% for your roofing needs. They were also cost competitive which was important to me.

From the first visit with Bob Jones to the final install, everyone was kind, professional, and thorough. Kerry Smith was incredibly patient as I changed my mind on colors multiple times and asked LOTS of questions. Eli and Grant explained everything clearly, addressed my long-standing leak issue, and made sure I understood the progress during installation. The team replaced my 33-year-old roof, added a ridge vent, replaced a skylight, and even reinstalled my weathervane—all in one day with great cleanup. This local, family-owned business truly cares. Streamline gave us a good price for our roof replacement. They do it the right way, removing the roofing paper, and installing the ice guard to protect the roof from water damage. Great crew, super fast, what is not to like?

What a great company! They kept me informed during the entire process. Very pleasant to work with. My job was delayed a day with the weather but they came as soon as possible, even worked all day Saturday and finished in time for me to leave on a trip. I highly recommend. Plus their estimate was very fair.

Original roofing job last spring was excellent. Made a call for what i thought was underlayment sticking out. Jacob came and saw the problem was soffit had been pushed up. He pulled it down and secured it. I also asked him if he could take a,quick look at the gutters. He did and adjusted a corner leaf guard that was loose and removed some surface debris that had built up on a back gutter. Offered him $20 for looking at the gutter and he declined. To say i am very pleased with precision roofing is an understatement.

These guys are EXCELLENT. Terrific crew. Showed up on time and they worked fast, smart and were extremely thorough and professional. Exceptional on clean up as well. They said the job would take two days and they did it in two days. They were also very reasonable with change orders as we needed 5 sheets of underlayment which was rotted/damaged.

Excellent service!!!

Workers and Workmanship

Two things made our roof replacement a great investment – great workers and great workmanship. This was a 4-day job.

Workers. The team worked diligently without any loud music and without any loud conversations. They arrived on time and remained for a full day with only a few breaks AND they definitely worked together as a team. All workers used a safety line. The onsite supervisor was onsite for at least 95% of the time and during that time he was helping the team in a number of ways to keep them going so that no time was wasted.

Workmanship. The skill, and it is indeed a skill, the workers demonstrated as they replaced a rather complicated 2-story roof with 3 dormers, 2 porches, a bump-out and an attached one-story garage was amazing. The onsite supervisor explained to me the materials being used at each stage of the work and each area – dormers, roof edges, chimney, valleys, vent pipes, and flashing. The key to the workmanship was experienced guys working together using materials designed for the job.

During the actual replacement all discarded materials were constantly being carried to a large dumpster for later disposal so that there was no mess when they left each day. None of our shrubbery was damaged! After the job was completed everyone pitched in to make sure all nails and other materials were removed. The supervisor stayed behind and used a magnet roller to double-check on loose nails and he came back the next day as a double-check.

We highly recommend Streamline Roofing. We used Streamline based on recommendations from several sets of friends.

Absolutely best service I have ever experienced . They crew arrived on time at 7am sharp, did a fabulous job in the installation of my new roof can cleaned up everything at the end . Streamline Roofing is an excellent roofing company. Their customer service at every step of the way is superior. The representative during the initial consultation was on time and provided us with the information we needed to make the best decision. Another representative worked with us to select the best roofing shingle. All roofing materials offered are of the highest quality. On the day the roof was replaced, their team arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was done. They provided a thorough clean up of the property at the end of the job and another representative returned the next day to conduct a final sweep of the property to be sure they did not miss any roofing material debris. Streamline Roofing was very communicative throughout the process and if I needed to leave a message, a representative returned my call or answered my email within 30 minutes. Their prices are very reasonable. I will enthusiastically recommend Streamline Roofing to any of my neighbors or friends looking to get their roof replaced.
